For the convenience of the client, as a Mobile Notary I will travel to a location of your choice and that best fits your schedule to notarize documents. Your documents are handled with care and a high level of confidentiality, and information is treated with discretion to build and maintain your trust. Accountability is essential, being trained and certified, I am familiar with Pennsylvania notary laws and guidelines established to protect your privacy and personal information.

In-person electronic notarization (IPEN) is just like a traditional paper-based notarization with one exception: the documents being notarized are electronic. During an IPEN, the signer and Notary meet physically face-to-face, review the documents on a computer or mobile device, and use electronic signatures in place of ink signatures.

As a Notary Signing Agent I have been trained to handle your loan documents. Lenders and title companies hire Signing Agents as independent contractors to assist in the last step of the loan process. The responsibilities of a Notary Signing Agent generally include: printing loan documents, meeting the signer, verify, witness, and notarizing their signature, and returning the documents for processing.

With a remote notarization, a signer personally appears before the Notary at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room. Remote online notarization is also called webcam notarization, online notarization or virtual notarization.
